I wrote the heading and then dozed off at the laptop. I did have an appointment with the GP to refer me to a sleep specialist. Ah, the irony. Today, though, the culprit is fairly obvious - working too much. Thank goodness it’s less than two weeks until we go away. I am so ready for it.
Things I am succeeding to do every day currently:
get up
drink a cup of tea
drink a cup of mushroom mocha
work
do more work
draw a picture of a piece of furniture
do one lesson of Duolingo
write something inane here.
You are supposed to add new daily things in gradually, though, so maybe this is the way. Stick to daily picture and daily words and thread in daily walks and yoga once we’re back from our break (or maybe on it).
