I am three pages away from finishing this sketchbook. Which is the fourth one of this Morning Ink practice. In theory that should mean I would be at 160 days on Thursday, but I have accidentally missed a few pages (but not days), which means it will 156 days on Thursday.
I am still pleasantly surprised at having managed to maintain a daily practice for this long. And I still feel no need to stop it. I know I have ways to maie it quick when I need to and very very occasionally I will shift it to later in the day. But generally it feels right to start my day with this. It sets my brain up for the day in a very nice way.
And today, I added yoga back in, which felt right too. As long as my hip doesn’t complain, I will be aiming to keep that there, too.
I am wondering where else I can embed a positive daily practice of some kind, as well. Maybe there’s an evening or bedtime one I can build.
