Today I get to have a mammogram. (Because of my age, not for any concerns.) And get the bus to a town I am not that familiar with, even though it’s not too far away. I might have a little wander around and explore while I’m there. Or I might decide to come straight home afterwards.
I finished The Colour Purple. And loved it. I have read it a lot and seen the (original) film many times. But there were still things that surprised me and that I had forgotten, or just not appreciated before, perhaps.
I'll catch up with The Archers tomorrow, I imagine, and then maybe have a couple of podcast days. Then I get the fun of picking the next audio book to listen to.
