Your entire post is filled with energy, that's for sure! On the exercise front, I ended up getting some really light dumbbells and gradually getting to slightly heavier. Haven't gone above 4kg yet, and still use 1.5kg for some moves.
I do daily qigong because yoga would do me in. 😅 If qigong floats your boat at any point, the two peeps I heartily recommend online for their routines are Jeff Chand (Qigong For Vitality) and Kseny (Qigong with Kseny).
Ha ha. I predict the energy disappearing completely within a week or two, but I'm going to make the most of it while it's still here.

I do love yoga, though. Whenever I stick to doing it regularly I feel so good in so many different ways. It's weird that I go months not doing any when I know how good it makes me feel!
